The LEGEND says Cheyenne Mountain and Raven Rock are just the visible tip of a vast, hidden continental network: dozens or hundreds of secret bases connected by high-speed underground maglev tunnels, some jointly operated with extraterrestrials. The most infamous is DULCE, a supposed multi-level alien-human base beneath a mesa in northern New Mexico, popularized in the 1980s by businessman Paul Bennewitz and later by an alleged 'security officer' named Thomas Castello, whose 'Dulce Papers' describe genetic experiments and firefights on the lower levels. Its neighbor node DULCE holds that thread. But here's the part most people don't know: not one of those mega-network claims has ever been substantiated. No verified tunnel between installations. No confirmed Dulce base; the primary sources trace back to a handful of individuals, disputed documents, and a UFO-community feedback loop, not to engineering records or budgets. The documented bunkers are hardened, expensive, and real. The secret alien archipelago connecting them is UNPROVEN, and the evidence for it is legend, not record.
