Operation Condor
SUMMARY
Six regimes sharing one kill list, coordinated — the archives now show — with northern blessing.
FULL DOSSIER
Operation Condor (1975-80s): the documented coordination of Southern Cone intelligence services — kill lists, cross-border renditions, assassinations (Letelier in Washington, 1976) — established by the 'Archives of Terror' (Paraguay, discovered 1992), declassified US cables (including awareness at Kissinger's State Department; the 2016 Obama-era releases), and prosecutions (Videla, Pinochet cases). The node is the archive's proof that multi-state assassination programs are not hypothetical: one ran for a decade with documented US knowledge, and the paper survived.
