Sworn testimony about "non-human biologics." Congress blinked. The record stands.

FULL DOSSIER

Imagine sitting in a hearing room on Capitol Hill, and for the first time in more than half a century, elected members of Congress are holding a public, on-the-record session about unidentified objects in American skies. No giggling. No dismissive jokes. Just sworn witnesses, raised right hands, and questions the Pentagon can no longer duck. That's not a movie. That's May 2022. So here's what's documented. In May 2022, a House Intelligence subcommittee held the first open congressional hearing on UAP in decades. Defense officials testified about a growing database of reports and, notably, admitted that many cases remained unexplained. It was cautious, measured, and deliberately unsensational. But it cracked a door that had been sealed since the Air Force's Project Blue Book shut down in 1969. Then came the moment that set the internet on fire. On July 26, 2023, a House Oversight subcommittee convened three witnesses under oath. Two were exactly the kind of credible you'd want: Commander David Fravor, the pilot from the Nimitz Tic Tac case that anchors this whole map, and Ryan Graves, a former F-18 aviator who described near-daily encounters with unexplained objects off the East Coast. Their testimony was firsthand, consistent, and grounded in sensor data. The third witness is where it gets strange. David Grusch, a former intelligence officer, testified that the United States has operated a decades-long program to recover and reverse-engineer craft of 'non-human origin,' and that non-human 'biologics' had been retrieved. Under oath, he said this. And here's the part you must hold onto: he testified that he had not personally seen these craft, that his knowledge came from interviews with other officials he found credible, and that much of the specific evidence sat behind classification he couldn't discuss in open session. So let's be scrupulously clear, because this is exactly the kind of claim that gets distorted. Grusch's crash-retrieval allegations are testimony, not proof. They are unverified, secondhand claims made by a credentialed person under penalty of perjury, which is meaningful, but which is not the same as demonstrated fact. And the government responded. AARO, the Pentagon's UAP office you met back at the Disclosure crossroads, publicly stated that it had found no verifiable evidence of any program to recover or reverse-engineer extraterrestrial technology. Two sworn accounts, pointing in opposite directions. That's the honest shape of it. What's DOCUMENTED: the hearings happened, the witnesses were real and credible, the testimony is in the congressional record. What remains SPECULATION: the crash-retrieval story itself, which no released evidence has yet confirmed and which the responsible agency disputes. On our map, the UAP Hearings are the loud, public terminus of the Disclosure road, the place where private encounters and quiet programs finally stepped into the sunlight of oath and testimony, and where you, the listener, get to weigh sworn word against official denial and decide how deep this really goes.
