Nikola Tesla

FILE DATE 1899
CROSS-REFS 09
STATUS NEVER CLOSED
SUMMARY
He promised free wireless energy. His funding died, and his papers were seized the day he did.
FULL DOSSIER
The FBI's own declassified file confirms it: the day after Tesla died, the Office of Alien Property seized his trunks, and an MIT professor named John G. Trump evaluated them. The official finding — nothing of value — sits uneasily beside the fact that 'Project Nick,' a beam-weapon study, opened at Wright Field shortly after. Wardenclyffe's unanswered question still stands: Morgan didn't ask whether the tower would work. He asked where to put the meter.
