The alleged classified space fleet — eight cigar-class motherships, per the lore. Its origin is specific: Gary McKinnon testified he found, inside US Navy systems in 2001-02, a file titled 'Non-Terrestrial Officers' with ship names not matching any naval registry, plus fleet-to-fleet transfer logs. No screenshot exists (he was caught before exfiltrating). Everything else — the SSP subculture of Goode and Cramer, '20 and back' tours — accreted around that single claimed observation. Connects the black budget (which could hide a program of this scale, per the theory) and Reagan's odd 1985 remark about lifting 300 people to orbit.
