SUMMARY
He hacked NASA looking for UFOs and found, he swears, a list of "non-terrestrial officers."
FULL DOSSIER
A Scottish systems administrator who, from a girlfriend's aunt's house on dial-up, wandered through 97 US military and NASA systems in 2001-02 looking for UFO files — finding, he says, the 'Non-Terrestrial Officers' list and, at Johnson's Building 8, an image of a cigar-shaped craft before his connection cut. The US sought extradition under terms carrying sixty years; the UK Home Secretary blocked it in 2012 on medical grounds. He has repeated the account without variation for two decades. The file is one man's word — but the ferocity of the pursuit is the part believers underline.
