FULL DOSSIER
October 4, 1967: multiple witnesses including RCMP officers watched lights descend into Shag Harbour, Nova Scotia; a glowing patch of foam marked the water. Navy divers searched for days. The Canadian government's own paperwork — still in the archives — classifies it as a UFO report with no recovered explanation, making it perhaps the only officially unexplained crash case with a full documentary trail. Follow-on testimony (unofficial) claims the object moved underwater to a submarine detection station before departing. Connects the crash file to the USO file with government letterhead.
