FULL DOSSIER
The Order of the Dragon (Sigismund, 1408): a documented chivalric order against the Ottomans; Vlad II took the name Dracul from membership, his son Vlad III the patronymic Dracula. The order dissolved with its dynasty. Its conspiracy afterlife runs through Stoker's borrowing and the bloodline-lore industry that grafts medieval chivalric orders onto modern elite genealogies. Included as the documented seed of the 'ancient order persisting in bloodlines' template.
