'Black Nobility' historically denotes Roman aristocratic families who sided with the Pope after 1870 — a real, documented term. The conspiracy usage (Venetian banking dynasties as a continuous world-steering bloc, via Coleman and LaRouche literature) borrows the term for a different claim: that medieval merchant-oligarchy methods (intelligence, debt leverage, marriage networks) persist in modern finance.
