MKNAOMI: the CIA's biological program with the Army's Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick (1952-1970) — maintaining toxins, delivery devices, and the agency's stockpile after Nixon's 1969 bioweapons ban ordered destruction. Documented in Church Committee hearings (1975), which produced the famous heart-attack dart gun photo and revealed shellfish toxin retained against orders. Records were destroyed in 1973 alongside MKULTRA's, so the surviving picture is the fragment the destroyers missed. The proven biological sibling of the mind-control programs.
