The Majestic document corpus grew after the 1984 Eisenhower Briefing Document film: the Cutler-Twining memo (found planted in the National Archives in 1985 — a genuine archival anomaly, since researchers Moore and Shandera were tipped to the exact box), the SOM1-01 field manual (mailed on undeveloped film, 1994), and hundreds of later 'Majestic leaks' of declining quality. Document examiners split on typography and provenance; the FBI investigation stamped its copy 'BOGUS.' The corpus connects MJ-12, Roswell, and the standing question of whether it is forgery, disinformation, or leak — each option implying a different conspiracy.
