Lemuria
SUMMARY
A lost Pacific motherland, remembered — believers claim — only in bloodlines and dreams.
FULL DOSSIER
Lemuria began as a respectable 1864 zoological conjecture (Sclater, explaining lemur distribution) — killed by plate tectonics. Blavatsky adopted it as a root-race homeland; Mount Shasta lore gave its survivors an address. The node's interest is genealogical: a falsified scientific hypothesis surviving as esoteric geography. Links: Mu (its Pacific twin), Theosophy (its adopter), Mount Shasta (its refuge).
