The Hill Abduction
SUMMARY
Two hours missing on a New Hampshire road. The first case with a file number.
FULL DOSSIER
September 19, 1961, White Mountains, New Hampshire: Betty and Barney Hill arrived home two hours late with scuffed shoes, a broken binocular strap, and dresses that failed lab analysis. Under separate hypnosis with Dr. Benjamin Simon in 1964, they produced matching accounts. The case created the template — missing time, medical examination, star map — and its Air Force file (Pease AFB logged an unidentified radar contact that night) gives it what later cases lack: contemporaneous paperwork. Connects to Zeta Reticuli via the star map and to the whole abduction genre as patient zero.
