FULL DOSSIER
A 1983 Army intelligence analysis of the Monroe Institute's methods, declassified in 2003, in which a lieutenant colonel works through hemispheric synchronization, the holographic universe, and consciousness escaping spacetime — approvingly. Page 25 was missing from the release for years, feeding a minor industry, until the CIA produced it in 2021, unremarkable. The remarkable part was always the document itself: the Pentagon, in official memoranda, mapping the astral plane.
