Bob Lazar
SUMMARY
The man who named Area 51 on the news — and whose universities forgot him.
FULL DOSSIER
His universities have no record of him — which either demolishes the story or is the story, depending on your prior. But he described element 115 fourteen years before Dubna synthesized it, named the sport-model's antimatter reactor with a straight face, and has repeated the account without profitable embellishment for thirty-five years, including under FBI raid. The case neither closes nor advances: the perfect specimen of the genre.
