At the end of it, he says, he was subjected to 'age regression' — a technology that reversed his body roughly twenty years — and 'time travel' that returned him to near the moment he was taken, so that no time appeared to have passed on Earth. Others in the same community have since described similar tours. So here's where it gets strange. The '20 and Back' idea doesn't stand alone. It plugs directly into two neighbors on this map. It leans on the Solar Warden legend — that alleged hidden fleet of spacecraft — as the supposed 'where' these tours took place. And its DNA traces back to the older Montauk mythology, that tangle of stories about a Long Island base, chairs that manipulate the mind, and experiments with time. The age-regression and memory-wipe motifs echo Montauk's lore almost note for note, which is one reason skeptics see '20 and Back' less as a discovery and more as a modern retelling of stories that were already circulating. And that's the honest frame here. Nothing in the '20 and Back' account has been demonstrated. Age regression that de-ages a human body, time travel that returns you to your starting point, a hidden military fleet crewed for decades — none of it has any accepted scientific or evidentiary basis.
