US airmen touched a landed craft outside a nuclear base. Their notes are in the file.

Two nights, two dozen US Air Force personnel, a deputy base commander narrating on tape as the lights moved through the trees — and a landing site with radiation readings the MoD logged and then called insignificant. Sergeant Penniston says he touched the craft and received, later, pages of binary he wrote out in a notebook that still exists. The binary decodes to coordinates. One of them is Hy-Brasil.
