Dr. Cameron erased patients in Montreal — "psychic driving," on agency money.

Dr. Ewen Cameron at McGill's Allan Memorial Institute (1957-64), funded through MKULTRA Subproject 68 and Canadian federal money: 'depatterning' via drug-induced sleep for weeks and massive multiple ECT, then 'psychic driving' — taped messages looped up to half a million repetitions into headphoned, sedated patients. Patients had come in with postpartum depression and anxiety; many left without memories of their children. The CIA settled with victims in 1988; Canada compensated others; new class actions continue. Cameron was, at the time, president of the American and World Psychiatric Associations. The file needs no lore; the citations are enough.
