Ruby's documented biography feeds the file: Chicago organized-crime adjacency (AGVA union work, Havana trips visiting mobster Santo Trafficante's circle per HSCA testimony), FBI informant contacts (1959, confirmed in released files), phone records showing calls to mob figures spiking in fall 1963 (HSCA analysis), and the unexplained access to the police basement.
