The claimed council keeping quarantine on a primitive world: ours.

Picture a United Nations, but for the galaxy. Thousands of worlds, thousands of species, all sitting on a great council that has been quietly keeping an eye on Earth, waiting for the day we're finally ready to take our seat at the table. That is the Galactic Federation of Light, and for a huge slice of the New Age and UFO community, it is not a metaphor. It is BELIEF, sincerely held, and we're documenting it as such, not endorsing it. The idea did not appear all at once. It grew out of the contactee and channeling currents you'll find upstream at pleiadians and channeling. In the 1950s, contactees like George Van Tassel spoke of benevolent 'Space Brothers' organized into councils. Over the following decades, channels layered in structure and names, until you had a fully described cosmic government: the Galactic Federation, or Galactic Federation of Light, said to be headquartered near our solar system, composed of civilizations like the Pleiadians, and dedicated to non-interference and eventual 'disclosure.' Sheldan Nidle became one of its best-known channels, publishing regular 'updates' from Federation sources for years. Now, most of the world had never heard the phrase. And then, in December 2020, it went supernova. So here's where it gets strange, and this part is DOCUMENTED. Haim Eshed, a retired brigadier general who had led Israel's space security program for nearly three decades, gave an interview to the newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth to promote a book. In it, Eshed stated that a 'Galactic Federation' of aliens had been in contact with the United States and Israel, that there was an agreement to keep it secret because 'humanity is not ready,' and that then-President Trump had been on the verge of revealing it but was asked to hold off. He even mentioned a joint 'underground base on Mars.' The story exploded across global media within hours. Here was a credentialed former defense official, not an anonymous channel, using that exact phrase. For believers, it felt like a stunning validation. But here's the part most people don't know: mainstream coverage and Eshed's own colleagues treated the claims with deep skepticism, offering no evidence beyond his word, and many noted the timing conveniently coincided with a book launch. Nothing he said was ever substantiated. And that is the pattern worth documenting honestly. The Galactic Federation belief thrives in exactly that gap, between a story too big to prove and too resonant to dismiss. To believers, silence is not absence of proof; it is the proof, evidence of a cover-up and of beings patient enough to wait for us. That patience is not incidental.
