The 2019 reopening blamed a slab avalanche, and the simulation physics (published in Nature, no less) nearly works. What it steps around: the tent cut from inside, the radiation on two sets of clothing, the missing tongue, the injuries 'equal to a car crash' with no external wounds, and the ninth hiker's camera film. The prosecutors' original 1959 phrase remains the most honest document in the file: a compelling natural force they could not name.
