The World Economic Forum: founded 1971, a membership business whose annual alpine summit assembles more concentrated decision-making power than any body that appears in a constitution. Its own publications supply the folklore — the 2016 'you'll own nothing, and you'll be happy' video (a staffer's prediction exercise, retracted into legend), the Young Global Leaders program whose alumni lists governments (Schwab boasted of 'penetrating the cabinets' on camera, in those words).
